Jeff Bezos has built most of his wealth and net worth on the backs of hourly employees who often do not make a livable wage. Early on, Jeff Bezos could have offered stock to everyone in the company, incentive everyone to work harder to build their own wealth, but he’d rather accumulate all the wealth for himself.

Even worse, he is going to replace part of that human workforce with robots and automation.

He also made half of his net worth at the height of the pandemic, benefitting for years while people were dying and getting chronically ill.

Finally, he has aligned with the Trump organization, donating $1 million dollars to Trump inauguration fund, censoring the Washington Post, in an effort to protect government subsidies and government contracts.

This isn’t innovation, it’s modern day exploitation of labor. Capitalism at its worst.
